Tas No.2

I can't believe how quick time flies by. It's been a month already that I arrived on the worlds 26th largest island. And so far the public seems to be right about what it is like!
Gorgeous scenery, friendly people and comparatively good food!
Not to mention that, being home to one the worlds biggest rally events, it's essentially one big race track! ;)

Molly, a Burmese kitten. I've never encountered cats as pets in Australia before, and the vast majority of Australians seem to dislike the fluffy  'killing machines'.  Funny how humans, how introduced cats to Australia to control the rats and mice they also introduced, managed to make the cat the villain of this episode...

The view from Mt. Barrow

White Silkie Chicken, an ornamental breed originally from China.

One frosty morning

Mt. Roland, rising 1234m above sea level is Tasmania's 54th highest peak.

Had a bit of a storm coming through, not a problem for the mighty Falcon!
