Marlborough

Well, here we go: another Lockdown! Who would have guessed. I sure hope this one will be shorter than the last one, but we need to keep in mind, that, in comparison with most other countries, we still got off fairly lightly. I'm very grateful that I live in a country where people actually listen to their scientists. Sometimes, anyways...

Nonetheless, it gave me the opportunity to process some recent pictures. Sadly, every time I open Lightroom or turn on my camera I realize just how far I have to go yet to get anywhere near where I want to be, which can be quite disheartening at times.

But every picture I take is one step closer to my destination!

So here are a few pictures from lately:

This may just be a quick phone shot, but here we are: This the lovely vehicle I get to spend my days driving around in...

Small waterfall in Mount Richmond National Park

Purple Pouch Fungus

Sunrise near Havelock

My car is getting some work done to it at the moment, but the loan car from the mechanic makes for an equally good model. I actually got out to take pictures of the sunrise, but it was a little disappointing. But when I walked back to the car I thought this would make for a pretty nice shot!

A flower on my porch

An interesting shell found on the beach

Flowers on my driveway

Two Silvereyes sharing a moment of tenderness

And the 3rd wheel, feeling left out...
